DigiVault Card and MarkoPayChain

This project proposes a secure offline payment architecture for Central Bank Digital Currencies.

The solution combines:

• Smart cards for secure storage
• Smartphones for authentication
• Cryptographic protection mechanisms
• Markov-chain-based fraud prevention
• Double-spending mitigation

The project was presented at ICIN 2025.
